1. Introduction

Welcome to Collabrains Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SocietalLife ("Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Software.

2. Definitions

• "Software": The software product provided by the Company.
• "Subscription": The purchase of access to the Software on a recurring basis.
• "Service": The use of the Software and any associated services provided by the Company.
• "User", "you", "your": The individual or entity who purchases and uses the Subscription.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the period between the cancellation and the end of the billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana - India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
